Nichols food and wine bar, located on Nicholson Street in Carlton North, offers a warm relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy.
We offer a French and Italian inspired modern menu which reflects Graeme's rustic styles and simplistic approach to cooking. All dishes and pastas are made in house and, where possible, we source local sustainable produce. The menu offers grazing dishes to share over a glass of wine to a full selection of pasta, mains and desserts with extensive daily specials, and we are now offering weekend breakfast and lunch.
The wine list showcases local Australian wines, with a sneaky New Zealand wine here and there, with ample choice by the glass.
Walk in off street level to our smaller room with a relaxed atmosphere, offering couches, board games, a few smaller tables and a view out to the street where our picket fence lives. Up a few steps and you will be seated in a more traditional restaurant setting with exposed brick walls, wooden bar and dark furnishing, covering all your dining needs.
